Yes we regularly test all of our products. We use third party labs to test our products from start to finish. We test to make sure the proper dosage of cannabinoids are present in each product. Yes. All of our ingredients are non-GMO, non-dairy and gluten free.

No. HolistaPet products are made with all natural ingredients. The active ingredient CBD works naturally within the endocannabinoid system which is a completely different biochemical pathway then your regular pet medications. It is ok to use HolistaPet with your pet along side with any other pet medications.

• All of our products are are Non-GMO and contain natural ingredients. They don’t contain any preservatives, wheat, refined sugars, or dairy so allergy reactions are very uncommon. If your pet seems to be allergic to one of our products simply contact us for a refund.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free economy shipping on orders over $50 to all of our customers at checkout. We also offer faster paid shipping options during checkout for time sensitive orders. Before you pay, you will see your total shipping cost and you can choose the option that is best for you.

Economy Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 5-8 business days after processing but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.

Standard Ground Shipping: Up to 5 business days after the order is processed.

Expedited Air Shipping: Up to 3 business days after the order is processed. Currently not available for orders over 5 lbs. and orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

If you have a PO box, you must order using the Economy Shipping option.
We do not ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Please submit any requests for returns or refunds within 90 days of your delivery date. To start the process, simply fill out our easy-to-use "Return Order" Form below.

1. Unopened Products: If you have unopened products, please ship them back to us.
2. Opened or Used Products: No worries! Even if your product has been opened or used, we can still refund you if you're unsatisfied. Just fill out the "Return Order" form below.

Requirements for Returns:

1. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Pack the item(s) securely along with the order number or original packing slip.
3. After you submit the "Return Order" form below, we'll send you a complimentary return label.

Issued Refunds

We process all refunds to the original method of payment used for the purchase. After receiving your completed "Return Order" request, we'll reach out to you to process your return and/or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
